This attractive 2cv was registered on the 20th July 1960 and therefore belongs to the 1960 model year, the last model equipped with the corrugated bonnet.
It benefited from a major restoration from the chassis by the museum team. As it was too damaged, the original platform was replaced by a new one and the running gear was repaired and repainted. Floorings were restored before the bodywork was repainted in a colour close to glacier blue. The bonnet is new, as is the Scottish patterned upholstery, specific to previous series but with the most beautiful effect. All body seals were replaced at the same time. The AZ engine with centrifugal clutch was also redone, as well as the electrical circuit.
Fitted with 4 new Michelin tyres, it also includes a crank and a jack. The car has barely been on the road since these numerous works were completed in 2023. With its lovely colour combination and its look specific to the first generations, this 2cv is still turning heads when spotted on the road.
Please note all vehicles in this collection have barely been used in recent years, they are therefore sold as is, with no technical inspection; They will also need a major service before getting back on the road.
