This car has an exceptional history and is in exceptional condition, with only 11,595 original km. Sold new by Charles Pozzi, it belonged to an architect who was extremely meticulous, to the point of never taking it out in the rain, protecting it from the sun and not allowing anyone on the passenger seat. It was because he was working with this architect on a building project that the current owner, who is not just a Mercedes fan enthusiast, noticed this car and offered to buy it in 2016. The car had just under 11,000 original kilometres and has seen very little use since, as its current mileage shows. The car was last serviced in 2021/2022 by Ferrari Gauduel in Lyon.
Thanks to the care it has benefited from, it boasts impeccable paintwork, an unmarked interior, carpets in very good original condition and seats that are close to new, particularly the passenger seat. On this generation, the only elements that suffer from the passage of time are the door handles, and the plastic around the steering wheel which, as in this case, become sticky. Apart from this detail, this car, sold with its tool kit, operating and maintenance manuals and a set of invoices and technical inspections, is in a striking state of preservation.
With the 300bhp of its 3.4-litre V8 and its convertible body, the 348 TS is a particularly attractive model. In the condition we are offering, with its low mileage and only two owners, it becomes a true exception.
