This bottle was produced at to the beginning of the XIXth century. It was discovered in 2010 on a shipwreck at a depth of 48 meters in the Baltic Sea amongst other bottles of Champagne and artefacts.This bottle was opened, tasted and re corked with a neutral cork in november 2010.

Cork reaction on opening, and taste : The cork popped when opening the bottle. Strong pressure from within the bottle. Nice colour. A different bouquet, a lot of lime. Like a rich Chardonnay.
Korkens reaktion vid öppnandet, arom och smak : Kraftigt tryck inifrån flaskan. Fin färg. Mycket lime, annorlunda bouquet. Smakar som en rik Chardonnay.
Réaction du bouchon à l’ouverture, arômes et goût : Le bouchon a sauté à l’ouverture de la bouteille. Forte pression dans la bouteille. Jolie couleur. Un bouquet différent, beaucoup de citron vert. Comme un Chardonnay riche.
