This bottle was produced at to the beginning of the XIXth century. It was discovered in 2010 on a shipwreck at a depth of 48 meters in the Baltic Sea amongst other bottles of Champagne and artefacts.This bottle was opened, tasted and re corked with a neutral cork in november 2010.

Cork reaction on opening, and taste : Popped when opened. Colour ok. Good, but not perfect. Clear, very sweet.
Korkens reaktion vid öppnandet, arom och smak Ploppade vid öppnandet. Färgen ok. Bra, men inte perfekt. Ren, mycket söt.
Réaction du bouchon à l’ouverture, arômes et goût : Le bouchon a sauté à l’ouverture de la bouteille. Couleur ok. Bien, mais n’est pas parfait. Clair, très doux.
