Porsche 911s from this period are among the most sought-after because they still have the pure lines of the first design, which here benefits from the aerodynamic improvement provided by the front spoiler. As well as being a pleasure to drive, this 1972 model, first registered in May 1973, is in extremely good condition, having been fully restored in 2014 by Kerambellec while its engine was rebuilt by Porsche specialist Autosiaste. Its colour is made for the seaside...sky blue black leather. The 2.4L E develops 165 bhp, compared with 130 for the T and 190 for the S. And this engine, which is more flexible because it has fuel injection, has been rebuilt with no expense spared, right down to the stainless steel manifolds. A few extra ponies have been added, with no need to go looking for the red zone. The Targa roof is in excellent condition, as is the black upholstery. The last servicing on file was carried out at Porsche Velizy. This is a very fine example in the hands of the same owner, a true Parisian enthusiast, who has provided it with attentive care and meticulous maintenance.
