The Pininfarina archives confirm that the Ferrari 250 cabriolet series 2 #1925GT left the Pininfarina workshops on June 7, 1960 for delivery to Prince Moulay Abdallah, younger brother of the King of Morocco.
In the summer of 1964, cabriolet #1925 was sold in Paris. Its new owner broke the engine in 1966, and replaced the original engine with a 250GTE #3903GT. He entrusted the work to a former mechanic from Franco Britannic Ltd. He kept it until the end of the 60s. He then sold it to a Ferrari owner, who kept it as a spare engine.
