- With the same owner for 30 years
- Documented Italian history
- Well-preserved original, conservative restoration
- Iconic 60s model
Registered new in Milan in the name of Anselmo Berni, this car spent its life in Sesto San Giovanni and Monza before being purchased in 1994 by the husband of the current owner, who passed away last year. The car was in the process of being refurbished and his wife was absolutely determined to complete the work. As this Giulietta was in good original condition, work was limited to replacing or restoring what was worn or damaged, retaining anything that was still well-preserved. The paintwork has not been redone (only the engine compartment has been repainted) and the chrome parts are original, as is the soft top, which has been cleaned and sealed. The windscreen, which had cracked, was replaced and, on the inside, the seats received new upholstery but retained their original imitation finish. The mechanics have been completely overhauled, making them easy to use and worry-free. With its iconic 60s Pininfarina design, monocoque bodywork and twin-shaft aluminium engine, this Giulietta blends elegance and sportiness to create a cocktail worthy of those enjoyed on the sunny café terraces of the Riviera. Sold with its 1967 'libretto', which has been in the same hands for 30 years, this impeccable car is full of charm and will appeal to lovers of relaxed drives or long-distance journeys, with the wind caressing the faces of the delighted passengers.
Please note that due to an administrative error, the chassis number indicates on the Italian title is AR4169919 instead of AR169919.
