- Known history

- Many expenses incurred

- Gorgeous example

As the replacement of the 365 GT 2+2, the 365 GTC/4 was only produced in 1971 and 1972. Its chassis was almost identical to the Daytona one, but longer by 10 cm to accommodate two small rear seats. It included specifications which made it more comfortable than the Daytona, such as softer suspension springs and power steering. The V12 engine was similar to the one fitted on the Daytona, but with a performance reduced to 340 hp to portray a personality more suited to a true GT. The change from vertical to side-mounted carburettors allowed for a lower bonnet design and the gearbox was directly attached to the engine instead of the rear axle, just like the Daytona. Replaced fairly quickly by the 365 GT/4 2+2, there was only a pretty limited production of 505 examples, which makes it a rare car.

According to expert Marcel Massini, this particular 365 GTC/4 was delivered new to Motor s.a.s. Di Carla Allegretti e.c. in Rome, combining a “Nero Dark Ronald” colour with a beige Connoly leather interior. It was then exported from Italy to California where it was repainted in red. It remained in the United States until 1991, the year when it returned to Europe and more precisely to the Netherlands. Its interior was redone in its original colour, in high-quality beige Connoly leather by Luppi. It remained there until 2005 before arriving in the hands of its current owner almost 20 years ago. He carried out a great amount of work in the excellent Officina workshops near Brussels. All suspensions, the exhaust and the gearbox were redone there. It also had a few visits to Monza for servicing at the Ferrari dealership in Gand. There are no leaks on this very high quality vehicle. It will be delivered with its tool kit, as well as its file which includes numerous invoices. This is a beautiful example, ready to take part in rallies or other drives while enjoying the incredible sound of its V12 engine.
