With fewer than 2,800 units of the model produced, the 308 GT4 boasts remarkable drive dynamics, while its Bertone styling is iconic of an entire era. The example shown was sold new in France, as shown by the Charles Pozzi importer's plate in the engine compartment, and was registered on 26 July 1977. Its current owner, an amateur of fine mechanical engineering, acquired it in Meurthe et Moselle in 2006. Shortly after its purchase, the bodywork was repainted in the traditional Rosso Corsa colour and the cream leather upholstery was carefully restored. The car already had its accessory steering wheel, gear lever ball and aluminium pedals when purchased. The car recently benefited from a service carried out by its owner, which included the replacement of the timing belt, clutch and battery, while the beautiful 308 GTB rims were fitted with new tyres. A stainless steel exhaust system also enhances the sound of the beautiful V8. Still complete with its tool kit and jack, this Dino is in good condition and is sure to delight its driver and possibly its 3 other passengers when it takes to the road!
