- Rare genuine all-black version
- 8,690 miles from new, logbooks
- Same owner since 2007
- Magnificent state of preservation
This car is very impressive in its all-black presentation, both inside and out, without the stripes that usually adorn the Ford GT. The current owner ordered it from the United States, where it left the factory in July 2006 before being delivered in December 2007. After an initial overhaul, he imported it to Germany in February 2008, where it has remained ever since. The maintenance booklet was stamped regularly until March 2023, always by the same Auremo garage in Düsseldorf, and shows a slow increase in mileage, which now stands at 8,690 miles (13,985 km).
The original paintwork is flawless, and the only splash of colour to enhance this Ford GT's spectacular black profile comes from the red brake callipers. What's more, it bears a striking resemblance to the Ford GT40 of the 1960s, with its rectangular headlights and grille, side air intake and curved rear wing culminating in a distinctive spoiler... The interior is just as stunning, with seats replicating the original version's apertures, the dashboard's meters alignment and the understated aluminium-style trim. Beneath the rear bonnet, this exceptional machine conceals a 550 bhp V8, thus entitling it to join the ranks of the select club of "300 km/h +" cars.
In addition to its stunning looks, the car we're offering has low mileage and is in superb condition - rare characteristics for this remarkable model.
