CONDITION REPORT :

Good overall condition despite the inevitable wears and marks in accordance with age and use. Firm and sound construction. Few traces of woodworms damages to the parcel-gilt moulded frieze one of the chairs (to the front right hand side leg). Good overall condition of the upholstery. Wears and few small stains to the upholstery.
