Collection of a meticulous Porsche enthusiast from the south-west of France
- Matching numbers and colours
- S version, Targa bodywork and Pepita pattern upholstery!
- Fully restored
This 911 S Targa is in a highly desirable condition, having been restored in its original colour for specialist Serge Heitz in 2017. Its Kardex confirms that it is matching numbers. The quality of the restoration work is exceptional, both in terms of the bodywork and the upholstery. The fully repainted bodywork shows very good alignments of the openings. Chrome parts and fittings have been redone to a high standard. The iconic Fuchs wheels are new and the Targa roof is in very good condition.
The substructure was treated against corrosion and painted to match the bodywork colour. The engine and gearbox are in very good condition; the running gear, brakes and shock absorbers are new. Also restored, the interior welcomes you with beautiful black leather seats and Pepita-patterned fabric.
Carpets and door panels are new and match the leather. The 2017 appraisal report accompanying the 911 values this model at €240,000, attesting to the seriousness and quality of the restoration. It has barely been used by our collector since then and is therefore in a condition similar to when it just completed its restoration. The Targa bodywork offers the enjoyment of open-air driving while providing increased brightness once the roof is back in place. The 2.2L version is the last 911 to feature the gearbox with first gear at the bottom, enhancing the sporty character of the 911, especially in the S version which boasts 180 hp with a thrilling performance.
This example represents the very essence of the iconic 911: S version, Targa body and Pepita-patterned interior. All the right attributes are combined to seduce the most keen enthusiasts of the model from Stuttgart.
