Incredibly rare, this Renault Trafic phase 1 is a Sinpar 4x4 model with a short wheel base and is fitted with a 80hp 2.0 petrol engine, specific to this version. It was delivered new in the mountainous region of Trentino-Alto Adige in 1989 and more precisely, to the alpine fire and civil protection service of the Varena town in the Dolomites, as evidenced by pictures and the coat of arms painted by hand on the doors. Like any mountain rescue vehicle, it was serviced with extreme care (as highlighted in its service logbook) and is today presented in exceptional original condition and never repainted. The latter has only covered slightly more than 10,000 km in the past 35 years, during training and operations at over 3,000m altitude. Its current owner acquired it directly from the Alpine service; it is equipped with a blue light, a siren system, a gallery, ladders, all original manuals as well as specific optional equipment. The whole vehicle works perfectly well and is in an incredible condition! Technically interesting and rare, this off-road machine is certainly one of the best preserved and low mileage examples still in existence; it deserves to find a new owner as considerate as the previous ones.
