A carved oak figure of Saint James of Compostela, Southern Germany or Flemish, early 16th century

CONDITION REPORT :
General losses, chips and scratches consistent with age and handling. Traces of old woodworm. Few vertical shrinkage splits mainly to the back of the figure. Both hands have been replaced. Old restoration overall. The base has been constructed in few sections with old breaks restored. Losses to the drapery of the cape. Stable condition overall.
