- Good overall condition despite the inevitable wears and marks in accordance with age and use.
- Some traces of restaurations to the upper area of the seatback on some of the armchairs.
- Accidents and losses to the upper area of the seatback on three armchairs.
- Some stains and wears to the upholstery.
- One shock to the rear area of the seatback on one of the twelve armchairs (to the upholstered area).
- Some black stains to the carving in places.
