This bottle dates back to the beginning of the XIXth century. It was discovered in 2010 on a shipwreck at a depth of 48 meters in the Baltic Sea amongst other bottles of Champagne and artefacts. Juglar is a Champagne house that doesn’t exist anymore, the brand disappeared in 1829 when its vineyard was purchased and absorbed into the Jacquesson Champagne house.

Cork reaction on opening, and taste : Very good. Complex, very crème brûlée. Not too fruity. Coffee grains, spicy, coca-cola.
Korkens reaktion vid öppnandet, arom och smak : Väldigt bra. Komplex, väldigt brulè. Inte så fruktig. Kaffe, bönor, kryddig, coca-cola.
Réaction du bouchon à l’ouverture, arômes et goût : Très bien. Complexe, très crème brulée. N’est pas trop fruité. Graines de café, épicé, coca-cola.
