CONDITION REPORT :

Good overall condition despite the inevitable wears and losses in accordance with age and use. Scratches, marks and some stains to the leather writing surface. Wears to the gilding which is tarnished and rubbed in places. Two gilt-bronze mounts decorating the two sides of the central drawer are missing. Few losses to the veneer in places (the internal area of the bureau’s legs. Few small shrinkage cracks to the veneer. The veneer is slightly sun-faded. The key is missing. Charming and decorative model with nice proportions.
