CONDITION REPORT :
Fair overall condition despite the inevitable wears and marks in accordance with age and use. Traces of multiple previous restorations to the marble top with one break to the right rear hand side that would need to be restored. Losses to the veneer in places such as to the upper left hand side corner of the central drawer, to the area between the upper and the central drawer or to the upper area of the front right hand side upright. One tiny accident to the apron of the commode. Some areas are sunfaded. Some traces of uplifting to the veneer. Some traces of woodworms in places. Some shrinkage cracks and restored splits on both sides of the commode. One lock missing.
