CONDITION REPORT :
Good overall condition despite the inevitable wears and marks in accordance with age and use. Normal wears to the upholstery, as expected. No visible major accidents on the sofa and one of the two armchairs. The second armchair with a tear to the velvet upholstery (on the area between the cushion and the front right hand side foot). Very elegant model. Ready to be used.
