CONDITION REPORT :

Good overall condition despite the inevitable shocks and marks in accordance with age and use. No obvious accidents or visually distressing losses. Firm and solid construction. Traces of woodworms in places. Wears, stains and tears to the upholstery which would benefit from replacement.
