This bottle dates back to the beginning of the XIXth century. It was discovered in 2010 on a shipwreck at a depth of 48 meters in the Baltic Sea amongst other bottles of Champagne and artefacts. Juglar is a Champagne house that doesn’t exist anymore, the brand disappeared in 1829 when its vineyard was purchased and absorbed into the Jacquesson Champagne house.

Cork reaction on opening, and taste : The cork popped when opening the bottle. Pale colour . Nice balance and good taste. Sweet and clear.
