A Louis XVI gilt-bronze, white and blue marble portico clock

CONDITION REPORT :
Good overall condition despite inevitable shocks and losses in accordance with age and use. Some scratches to the enamel dial in place, wears to the gilding which is tarnished and rubbed in exposed areas, as expected. Accidents on some of the pearl-shaped friezes which is detached and would need to be consolidated. The overall structure of the clock is slightly loosed. The two gilt bronze elements decorating the sides of the clock are possibly later. Some chips to the marble bases and to the far upper area of the two uprights. The door protecting the mantle clock movement is missing. The key and the pendulum are missing. Please note that we do not guarantee the working order of the movement.
