The Post-War & Contemporary Art department at Artcurial presents from 5th to 26th October 2023 an exhibition spotlighting the remarkable sculptor Yves Dana, the Egyptian-born Swiss artist. In collaboration with the renowned London gallery Waddington Custotand spanning 25 years of his career, this first major exhibition in France includes 16 artworks, in stone and bronze, offering the opportunity to discover the work of this highly regarded sculptor much appreciated by collectors across the world. All the sculptures presented will be available for purchase.

Fragonard, a rediscovered masterpiece

As every year, the Old Master & 19th Century Art department will hold its prestige sale on 22nd November, in conjunction with Fine Arts Paris & La Biennale. The sale will feature a masterpiece by Jean-Honoré Fragonard: The Sacrifice to the Minotaur. Estimated €4,000,000 - 6,000,000, this oil on canvas has been kept in the same family for over a century. An exceptional, unpublished still life by Louyse Moillon and a Saint John the Evangelist by Bartolomé Esteban Murillo will also be offered for sale.
